1. Order Processing Times

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully cleared.

Orders placed after 9:30am AEDST may be processed on the following business day.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

During peak periods, promotional events, or public holidays, processing times may occasionally be extended.

2. Shipping & Dispatch

RIGHTFITAUTOSUPPLIES partners with trusted freight and courier providers to deliver orders safely and efficiently.

• Parcels are collected Monday–Friday at approximately 10:00am (AEDST)
• Tracking information is uploaded within 24 hours of dispatch where available
• Delivery times may vary depending on location, freight provider, weather conditions, and regional access

Once dispatched, customers will receive shipment tracking details where applicable.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a general guide only.

Typical delivery estimates:

• Metro Areas: 2–7 business days
• Regional Areas: 3–10 business days
• Remote Areas: 5–14 business days

Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and may vary due to external freight carrier delays.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Some products or freight services may not be available to certain remote, rural, mine-site, or restricted delivery zones.

If additional freight charges apply for remote areas, customers may be contacted before dispatch.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

RIGHTFITAUTOSUPPLIES is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional shipping costs caused by:

• Incorrect addresses
• Incomplete delivery details
• Failed delivery attempts
• Incorrect contact information

Additional re-delivery charges may apply where parcels are returned or redirected.

6. Tracking Information

Tracking information is generally provided within 24 hours of dispatch.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear within the courier system after collection.

If you have not received tracking information within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us.

7. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Deliveries

While we work closely with freight providers, delivery delays may occasionally occur outside our control.

RIGHTFITAUTOSUPPLIES is not liable for delays caused by:

• Freight carrier disruptions
• Severe weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Public holidays
• Industrial action
• Remote delivery limitations

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the packaging and damaged item
• A description of the issue

We will work with the freight provider to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

8. Authority to Leave

Some deliveries may be left in a safe location if Authority to Leave (ATL) is available through the freight provider.

If ATL is selected or applied by the courier, RIGHTFITAUTOSUPPLIES is not responsible for parcels once marked as delivered.

9. International Shipping

International shipping may be available on selected products.

International customers are responsible for:

• Import duties
• Taxes
• Customs fees
• Local compliance requirements

Delivery timeframes for international orders may vary significantly depending on destination country and customs processing.

10. Shipping Restrictions

Certain oversized, heavy, dangerous goods, or special-order products may have shipping limitations or additional freight charges.

RIGHTFITAUTOSUPPLIES reserves the right to cancel or adjust shipping arrangements where necessary.

11. Order Cancellations

Orders that have already been processed or dispatched may not be cancelled.

If an order has not yet been shipped, customers should contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation.

Approved cancellations may be subject to payment processing or restocking fees where applicable.
